How firm is the quote?
Firm, and in writing. The number on your one-page quote is the number — we don’t spring change-order surprises. If something genuinely changes once we’re in the walls, we stop and talk it through with you first.
Is the $299 Wi-Fi Audit really credited back?
Yes — credited in full toward any install. It’s the low-pressure way to meet us, get a room-by-room speed test, and see exactly what your home needs before you commit to anything.
Are the monthly Peace-of-Mind plans required?
No. Plans are always optional and never pushed. Your equipment, cameras, and footage are yours to keep, plan or no plan — the plan just means we keep watching over it and stay one call away.
Do I have to pay for the whole system up front?
No. A deposit reserves your install date, and the balance is due once the work is done and you’re happy with it — all laid out plainly in your quote before anything starts.
